In the Badminton World Championship 2015 at Jakarta, P. V.Sindhu reached the quarterfinals defeating Li Xuerui 21-14, 14-21, 21-17 in the pre-quarterfinals of the women's singles event. Sindhu will take on Sung Ji Hyun in the quarterfinals tomorrow. Hyun beat Pomptip Buranaprasartsuk 21-9, 21-16.Saina Nehwal also reached the quarterfinals beating Sayaka Takahasi 21-18, 21-14 in the pre-quarterfinals. Saina will take on Wang Yihan in the quarterfinals tomorrow in the women's singles event. Wang Yihan beat Bae Yeon Ju 17-21, 21-18, 21-8. In the Women's Doubles, the pair of Jwala Gutta and Ashwini Ponnappa also reached the quarterfinals beating Japanese duo of Reika Kakiiwa and Miyuki Maeda 21-15, 18-21,21-19.In the men's singles event, both K.
