Kidambi Srikanth has bowed out of the Men's Singles event of the World Badminton Championships. In the quarterfinal at Glasgow today, he went down fighting in straight games to World No. One, Son Wan Ho of Korea 21-14, 21-18, in a 49-minute clash.Srikanth had emerged as India's best bet at the tournament after he clinched back-to-back titles at Indonesiaand Australia and a final finish at the Singapore Open.
