Today is the world AIDS Day. The day is observed to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS around the world. This year’s theme is human rights and access to treatment. The UPA Chairperson Mrs. Sonia Gandhi will flag off a special AIDS awareness train called 'The Red Ribbon Express' from Delhi to mark the day.<br/><br/>The train will stop at 152 stations in 22 states before returning to Delhi. Voluntary workers will go around the nearby locations to counsel people about HIV and AIDS when the train stops in the selected stations. There will be counseling facility for people inside the train.<br/>
