A workshop on Women Health and Lifestyle was conducted in New Delhi today to commemorate the golden jubilee of Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA). On the occasion, President of AWWA Mrs Namita Suhag released a special edition of association Journal, Manasvini. The book includes detailed and extensive information for modern-day women on diverse topics like parenting, lifestyle, common women related diseases and cures. Defence Ministry in release said, a number of cultural events were conducted including programmes on Beti Bachao highlighting the menace of female infanticide.
