A two-day workshop on Capacity building organised by the Department of Administrative and Public concluded in New Delhi on Wednesday. The workshop was aimed to enhance the delivery of services under the Citizen Charter of the concerned Ministries and Departments.

Cabinet Secretary A K Seth in his inaugural address on Thursday said that the Government is in the process of taking a number of initiatives for ensuring better service delivery, enhanced transparency and accountability and improving governance.

He emphasized that civil servants have a crucial role to play in this reform process.
