Working Groups to address problems of Indians wanting to return from PoK

The Government today said that it will facilitate the return of those Indians who had crossed over to Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir and want to come back.The Home Minister said that PoK is actually Indian territory and the government is ready to welcome back the return of those who had gone across the LoC for some reasons. <br/><br/>He said that one of the working groups set up by the Prime Minister to address the problems of Jammu & Kashmir had recommended such a proposal which needs to be translated into a schme. He said that the scheme will involve identification, screening, trend of travel, de-briefing and re-integration. <br/><br/>The Home Minister has said that all shades of political opinion in Jammu and Kashmir will be taken into account before implementing the scheme for facilitating the rehabilitation of Indians who want to return back from Pak-occupied-Kashmir.
