US President-elect Donald Trump has said he would not allow Americans to be replaced by foreign workers, in an apparent reference to cases of American companies wherein people hired on H-1B visas, including Indians, displaced US workers.

Speaking to his supporters in Iowa, he said during the campaign, he spent time with American workers who were laid off and forced to train. He said the foreign workers were brought in to replace them, which he promised he will not let it happen anymore.

Trump also emphasised about putting an end to illegal immigration and stop drugs from entering into US, which is affecting the youth.
