Women's Cricket World Cup: Australia defeat Pakistan by 7 wickets

In the ongoing ICC Women's World Cup, Australia cruised through an easy victory over Pakistan. Aiming at a target of 191, Australia got off to a quick start as openers put on 60 runs inside 11 overs, Pakistan got the much breakthrough in between but in the end, Australia did not have any difficulty in Chasing and they finished with 193 for 3 with having 15 overs to spare. Earlier Australian Sprinted bowling performance helped Australia restrict Pakistan to 190/6 in the alloted fifty overs.

Australian Opener Alyssa Healy was declared Player of the Match for her outstanding batting display, she scored 72 runs in 59 balls.
Australia defeated England in their campaign opener, thus they moved to top of the table while Pakistan continued to languish at the bottom by the two consecutive losses.
