Indian women Cricket team today won the first twenty 20 Cricket match against West Indies by six wickets in Ahmedabad.Batting first after winning the toss, West Indies made 89 runs in 20 overs. The hosts achieved the target in 17.2 overs. Mithali Raj was the highest scorer with 27 runs from 24 balls. Second match of the three match series will be played at the same venue on Sunday.
