<span style="color: #222222;">Women employees constitute over 25 percent of the total workforce on average in the nationalised banks in the country. As per the data made available by the Ministry of Finance in the Lok Sabha today, the largest Public Sector Bank– the State Bank of India, has 26.7 percent women employees in their total staff strength. Indian Overseas Bank has a maximum 36 percent women staff while the Punjab National Bank has the least 24 percent women employees in their total staff strength.</span><br />
