<span style="color: #222222;">Union minister Som Prakash has said with terrorism dying in Jammu and Kashmir, government has focused its attention on development. He said the government's commitment can easily be gauzed by the fact that a number of union ministers are visiting the newly formed Union Territory to assess the ground situation and get feedback of the people. He was attending a public interaction as part of the Centre's ongoing public outreach programme in the Union Territory. Mr Som Parkash said conducting BDC elections in J&K has been a historic event and congratulated the people for their massive participation in the same. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' "The Minister said that Government is committed to address public grievances and their needs by reaching to them at their doorsteps. He said there is a massive change and positivity on ground in Jammu and Kashmir about the initiatives of the Central government and to transform J&K's villages and far off places and to apace them like rest of India, the government is planning to release development funds to the tune of 50-80 lakh rupees per village every year to strengthen villages. On the issue of addressing unemployment and youth aspirations, he said the government is filling all vacant posts in various government departments of the Union Territory. </span><br />
