In Karnataka total COVID cases have swelled to 21,549, with 1839 new cases reported yesterday evening. Till date 9244 persons have recovered from the infection and 335 persons have died. The Covid cases are doubling in 11 days in the state. Bengaluru urban district is impacted the most with 7250 active cases and 129 deaths. &nbsp; &nbsp;<br />''&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">To improve the availability of hospital beds for the treatment of corona positive patients private hospitals in the city have come forward to allot beds. Medical Education minister Dr. K Sudhakar has tweeted that 72 private hospitals in Bengaluru have provided 3331 beds to treat COVID patients, out of which 733 are occupied and 2598 are available to admit patients.</span><br />
