The Congress has said the winter session of Parliament beginning tomorrow will be productive and hoped that the government will be able to pass important bills.
Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Congress spokesman P C Chako also expressed the hope that the opposition parties will extend full support in the smooth conduct of both the Houses.
On the issue of Foreign Direct Investment in multi-brand retail, Mr Chako said, UPA governement is ready for discussion under relevant rules.
On the hanging of Ajmal Kasab, the lone survivor in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack, Mr Chako said that due process of Law has been followed before his execution.
