Given the disagreement between the government and the opposition on the issue of Triple Talaq Bill, there is no likelihood of its passage in this session. <br/><br/>The Congress-led Opposition in the Rajya Sabha is insisting on sending the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriages) Bill, 2017 to a Select Committee for its scrutiny.
