Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar has said the Winter session of Parliament will begin next month asserting that BJP is committed to Parliamentary procedures. <br/><br/>In a tweet, Mr Kumar attacked the Congress for questioning the government over delay in convening the Winter session. <br/><br/>He alleged the opposition party is suffering from selective amnesia as, during UPA rule, the Winter sessions were held in December in 2008 and 2013.<br/><br/>Yesterday, Congress President Sonia Gandhi had accused the government of sabotaging the session on flimsy grounds.
