The winter session of the Bihar Legislature begins today. Our correspondent reports that the session, which will continue till Friday, is likely to be stormy. <br/><br/>Opposition parties, led by RJD, have decided to raise various issues, including deteriorating law and order in the state and corruption. State Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shravan Kumar said, the government will reply to Opposition's every question.<br/>'<br/>Assembly Speaker Vijay Kumar Chaudhary has appealed to members to co-operate for the smooth functioning of the house.<br/>

The winter session of Bihar State Legislature is to begin from today. The session will continue up to 24th of this month.
