The winter session of the Bihar assembly begins today. The session will continue till 9th of this month.Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that the Lokpal bill will be tabled in this session.AIR Patna correspondent reports that the session is likely to be stormy as opposition parties have made strategy to grill the Nitish Government on various fronts including rampant corruption and black-marketing of fertilizers and food grains.
