Assam Governor Janaki Ballav Patnaik has summoned the winter session of the State Assembly from 8th of the next month. Principal Secretary of the Assembly Gauranga Prasad Das told our Guwahati Correspondent that the Session will continue for three days. This is likely to be the last session of the present Congress-led Ministry in the State. The term of the Tarun Gogoi-led Assam ministry is expiring in the early part of the next year.
