In the backdrop of the recent attack on Pathankot based air base of Air Force, Indian Army today said they are on alert while the winter mechanism is in place to counter any nefarious design by the anti-national elements along the border. <br/><br/>Major General Sanjeev Narain, GoC Tiger Division told reporters after laying wreath at the 'Balidan Stambh' on Army Day in Jammu this morning that fog and weather are annual features but the Army is well equipped and well trained to deal with any kind of situation.
