In the Women's Singles section, Kim Clijsters of Belgium defeated Andrea Hlavackova of the Czech Republic, 6-3, 6-3. Russia's top seed Maria Sharapova's second round match with Tsvetana Pironkova of Bulgaria will continue today as rain played spoilsport on the third day yesterday. Sharapova is leading, 7-6, 3-1.In today's Men's Singles matches, second seeded Spaniard Rafael Nadal will take on Lukas Rosol of the Czech Republic; while Briton Andy Murray will meet Ivo Karlovic of Croatia. In Women's Singles, America's Serena Williams will play Melinda Czink of Hungary.
