In the Wimbledon Tennis Championship, India's Leander Paes, Purav Raja and Sania Mirza will be figuring in the first round of Doubles event along with their respective partner.In the Men's Doubles event, Leander Paes with his Canadian partner Daniel Nestor will meet Serbian duo of Dusan Lajovic and Viktor Troicki in opening round. The other Indian Purav Raja along with his French partner Fabrice Martin will face Briton, Jonathan Marray and Frederik Nielsen of Denmark.Earlier, India's Rohan Bopanna along with his Romanian partner Florin Mergea had advanced to second round. In the Women's Doubles event World number one and top seeded pair of Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis will start their campaign today. In the first round the Indo-Swiss pair will meet unseeded pair of Zarina Diyas of Kazakhsthan and Saisai Zheng from China. Mirza-Hingis are yet to win a Grand Slam title as a pair, they had suffered a heartbreaking defeat in the quarterfinals of the French Open in Paris this season.Meanwhile, today in the Grass court, second round of singles event will begin. In the Men's singles section, World number one Novak Djokovic, 4th seed Swiss Stanislas Wawrinka, Kei Nishkori the 5th seed from Japan, Canadian Milos Ranoic and Marin Cilic of Croatia are among the top seeds playing in second round. In the Women's singles event, top ranked Serena williams, Russian Maria Sharapova and Serbian Ana Ivanovic will be seen in second round action.
