Indian veterans Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi have made a shock exit from the men's doubles event of the Wimbledon tennis championships. In London yesterday, the pair blew away a strong start and lost to the French-Czech duo of Arnaud Clement and Lukas Dlouhy in four sets 6-2, 3-6, 6-7, 4-6 in the second round. The defeat means that Paes and Bhupathi will now try to win their first Grand Slam together after rejoining forces at US Open, the last tennis major of the season. The defeat of Paes and Bhupathi leaves Somdev Devvarman the only Indian in the men's doubles draw. Somdev, along with Japanese Kei Nishikori, has already moved to the second round.
