Defending champion Djokovic defeated Adrian 6-4 6-3 7-6 (7-5) in two hours and four minutes. Seven-time champion Roger Federer beat British qualifier Marcus Willis 6-0, 6-3, 6-4 in second round. Earlier, tenth seed Tomas Berdych progressed to round two with victory in four sets over Ivan Dodig. In Women's singles, third seed Agnieska Radwanska of Poland has entered to the second round. She defeated Ukraine's Kateryna Kozlova 6-2 6-1 in a rain-delayed first-round match yesterday.
