On Fiday in the women's double pair of Sania and Hingis defeated Japan's Kimiko Datte Kuram and Italy's Franscisca Shiyaven 6-0, 6-1 to make a place in third round. In the men's single top seeded Serbia's Novak Djocovich and Switzerland's Stanislac Wavarinka have entered in the Pre quarters final. In women's single America's Serena Williams and Russian's Maria Sharapova have made a place in last sixteen.
