Eyeing for a record 8th Wimbledon title, second seed of the tournament Roger Fedrer is to meet French Gilles Simon in the last-8 encounter. Home favourite and current world number three, Andy Murray will look to seal a semi final berth as he will be up against unseeded Vasek Pospisil from Canada. Reigning Fench Open Champion and 4th ranked Stanislas Wawrinka will also be seen in action today as he will take on Richard Gasquet from France.In the Men's Doubles event last night, Indo-Romanian pair of Rohan Bopanna and Florin Mergea recorded a big win as they defeated top seeded and multiple grand slam winning American pair of Bob and Mike Bryan. In the quarter finals played last night, 9th seeded Indo-Romanian duo unsettled last year's runner up 5-7, 6-4, 7-6, 7-6 to make a place in the semis. Meanwhile, last night Sania Mirza along with her Brazilian partner Bruno Soares recorded a victory in third round of Mixed Doubles event to enter the quarter finals. Sania will also be seen in women's doubles quarter final action today.
