Wimbledon: Bhupathi, Bopanna to begin its Men's Doubles campaign today

The Indian duo of Mahesh Bhupathi and Rohan Bopanna will today begin its Men's Doubles campaign of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships, taking place at the All England Club in London. The seventh seeded Indian duo will take on Marcel Felder of Uruguay and his partner from Tunisia, Malek Jaziri.Yesterday, the Indo-American duo of Sania Mirza and Bethanie Mattek-Sands waltzed into the Women's Doubles second round. The 13th seeded Indo-US pair defeated Russian-American combine of Alla Kudryavtseva and Sloane Stephens, in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2.In yesterday's other results, Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray, Victoria Azarenka and Petra Kvitova advanced to the second round of their respective categories. In Men's Singles, Spain's second seed Rafael Nadal defeated Thomaz Bellucci of Brazil, 7-6, 6-2; while, Andy Murray beat Nikolay Davydenko of Russia, 6-1, 6-1, 6-4.In Women's Singles, Belarus' Victoria Azarenka defeated Irina Falconi of the United States, 6-1, 6-4; while, Czech Petra Kvitova beat Amanmuradova of Uzbekistan, 6-4, 6-4.In today's Men's Singles second round matches, Serbia's World Number One and defending champion Novak Djokovic will clash with Ryan Harrison of the United States and Swiss Roger Federer will meet Fabio Fognini of Italy.In the second round of the Women's Singles category, Russia's top seed Maria Sharapova will today play Tsvetana Pironkova of Bulgaria; while, Kim Clijsters of Belgium will take on Andrea Hlavackova of the Czech Republic.
