<br/>Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that the State Government will move for the repeal of the Nalanda International University Act during the forthcoming monsoon session of the state legislature. <br/><br/>Mr. Kumar said the repel provision was inherent in the Act and had become necessary in view of the Centres decision to move a similar bill in Parliament for setting up a modern International University at Nalanda. He said all the assets raised as per the provisions of the Bihar Act , including land acquired for it will also be transferred to the Centre.<br/>
