Taliban and US also agreed on a roadmap for American troops to leave Afghanistan.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The development comes as Taliban announced the appointment of Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar as the new head of its Qatar political office.
