Government will continue with its GST dialogue to seek consensus on future bills for implementation of the Goods and Services Tax regime in the country. During the BJP Parliamentary Party meeting this morning, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar said the Centre's approach is that of building consensus and it will be continued. He said, during the meeting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed the passage of Constitution amendment bill as the best example of cooperative federalism. He informed that Mr. Modi also asked the BJP MPs to prepare a report on the developmental work they have carried out.<br/><br/>The Prime Minister also praised Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and Information and Broadcasting Minister M Venkaiah Naidu for their efforts in bringing different political parties around to supporting the bill.
