US says, it will ask Pakistan to eliminate safe havens which poses threat to India. It also called for a meaningful dialogue between India and Pakistan to address differences including the Kashmir and to bring down the recent tensions. <br/><br/>State Department spokesperson John Kirby told reports in Washington that, US has repeatedly told Pakistan that more can be done about the safe havens, which is a threat to the Indian people. <br/><br/>He said the Washington's position on Kashmir has not changed and it is for India and Pakistan to address the problem. He said US want to see the tensions that exist now be brought down and a meaningful dialogue be take place to address the issues bilaterally between the countries. He expressed confidence that Pakistan has kept nuclear arsenals safe from terrorists.
