Congress today said the country expects Prime Minister Narendra Modi to announce tomorrow that all restrictions on money have ended. Briefing media in New Delhi this evening, former Finance Minister and senior party leader P Chidambaram said Mr Modi had sought time till today for the problems arising out of demonetisation to come to an end. <br/><br/>Mr Chidambaram said it is fair to expect that there will be no more queues outside bank branches and ATMs. He alleged that the whole exercise of demonetisation was mismanaged and undertaken without planning. Mr Chidambaram said there is no guarantee that black money will not be found and bribes will not be taken in new currency notes. He said seizure of new notes shows corruption at RBI, currency chests and banks.
