Western railways has launched the second phase of its 'Be Zinda' campaign wherein inspirational stories, defining the spirit of Mumbai will be captured. Western Railway's Chief PRO, Mr. Ravinder Bhakar has informed that the campaign is devised to commend the work of those silent crusaders; who have triumphed against all odds. <br/><br/>Shortlisted stories will feature in the BeZinda Book. In a press release issued from Mumbai on Tuesday, Mr. Bhakar said the authorities have been overwhelmed at the amazing response for the campaign's first phase launched in February this year. He hoped that the second phase will take the campaign to the next level.<br/>
