Western disturbance most likely to affect UTs J&K, Ladakh between Nov 13 & 15

<span style="color: #222222;">An active western disturbance is most likely to affect the Union Territories Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh during upcoming Friday to Sunday. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Srinagar Met department issued a forecast that main activity of the western disturbance will be on coming Saturday, which could result in moderate rain or snowfall of 1-2 inches, in the plains of Kashmir and hilly areas of Jammu and Ladakh regions, especially Drass, Zanskar and some areas of Leh district. However, it added that a good snowfall is expected at places like Gulmarg, Gurez.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Due to the disturbance, traffic movement on Zojila, Srinagar -Jammu highway and Mugal road may get affected. On the other hand, day temperatures may also fall by 5-6 degrees than normal. The Met office advised the farmers in these regions to take appropriate actions.</span><br />
