West Indies beat India by 1 run in 1st Twenty-20 in Florida, US

West Indies beat India by just one run in first of the two Twenty-20 International Cricket in Florida, United States last night. India needed two runs from the final ball to win the match at Lauderhill but captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni failed to get those runs as he was caught by Marlon Samuels, slicing a slower delivery off Dwayne Bravo. India ended the run chase at 244 for 4 from 20 overs. KL Rahul scored 110 not out from 51 balls with the help of 12 fours and five sixes. Dhoni scored 43 runs off 25 balls.Earlier, West Indies amassed 245 runs for 6 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. For India, Ravindra Jadeja and Jasprit Bumrah took 2 wickets each, while Mohammad Shami claimed one. India had elected to field after winning the toss. The Second and final T20 match will be played today at the same venue. The Match is slated to begin at 07:30 in evening Indian Time.
