West Indies 43/3 in 2nd innings on day two of 2nd cricket Test

Trailing India by 270 runs, West Indies were 43 for three in their second innings on day two of the second cricket Test at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai today. Opening the Indian attack, spinner R.Ashwin claimed two wickets, while Pragyan Ojha scalped one.Earlier, India scored 495 runs in their first innings. The highlights of Indian batting were Rohit Sharma's unbeaten 113 runs and Cheteshwar Pujara's 111.Sachin Tendulkar who completed 24 years in cricket today, enthralled the spectators with his 74, which included some of his trademark shots. He got rousing cheers from the crowd and a host of VVIPs, including Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi, state Chief Minister, Prithviraj Chavan and Bollywood superstars Aamir Khan and Krithik Roshan, besides members of Sachin's family.India is now seven wickets away from winning Tendulkar's farewell series.Brief scores: West Indies 182 and 43 for 3 India 495.
