West Bengal witnessing high pitch contests at various Assembly constituencies going to polls in 2nd phase

<span style="color: #222222;">Nandigram is an assembly seat in West Bengal which is witnessing a hight pitch contest between Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee and Suvendu Adhikari. The contituency goes to the polls in the second phase. There are some other well known face  whose fate  is at stake in this phase.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR Correspondent reports, there is an interesting battle between two former IPS officers in the Debara seat of West Medinipur district. From here, 94 batch IPS officer Bharati Ghosh is contesting on BJP ticket. She was once considered close to Mamata Banerjee, but contested and lost in the 2019 Lok Sabha election on a BJP ticket from Ghatal parliamentary seat. TMC has fielded Humayun Kabir on this seat, who is 2003 batch officer and recently joined TMC. Apart from this, actress Sanyantika Banerjee is contesting on TMC ticket from Bankura seat. She is being challenged by the BJP candidate Niladri Shekhar, who is the councillor of Bankura Municipality. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Debda seat was won by TMC in the 2016 assembly elections, while the Bankuda seat went to the Congress account but BJP candidates took lead with a big margin from both seats in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.</span>
