<span style="color: #222222;">The Regional Outreach Bureau(ROB) of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has organized a special photo exhibition on the country's independence movement at the CGO Complex in Salt Lake, Kolkata on the occasion of 'Amrit Mahotsav'. The exhibition was inaugurated yesterday by AD Chowdhury, Director General, National Science Museum.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The life of Mahatma Gandhi, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and their contribution to the freedom movement of the country are highlighted in this exhibition. Many rare photographs and historical documents have been displayed in the exhibition. Incidentally, on 12th March 1930, Gandhiji started his historic journey from Sabarmati. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The exhibition started from yesterday keeping in mind that incident.  The exhibition will run till the 16th March. The exhibition will be open to the public.  The inaugural function was attended by Jane Namchu, ADG, PIB, AA Mao, Director, Botanical Survey of India and AKA Lakra, Director, Regional Outreach Bureau.</span><br />''  <br />
