The Government of West Bengal has received four SKOCH awards for its schemes under the Ease of Doing Business initiative. The State scheme 'Silpasathi'-the online single window portal won the platinum award while the Auto Renewal of Certificate of Enlistment through online system for urban areas has received the gold award.
