In West Bengal, Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Choudhary today reached Purba Medinipur district for a Party programme. He informed that the BJP would campaign in the coming Lok Sabha election in the State keeping focus on various welfare schemes and their implementation for the last nine years under the present Central Government.<br />''Pankaj Choudhary told the media that as the State government did not provide a Utilisation Certificate in respect of MGNEREGA, the Central Government has stopped sending funds under the scheme as there are reports of pilferage of money.<br />''The Minister also expressed the Union Government's commitment to the development of all the States and UTs with the motto 'Sab ka Sath Sabka Bikash Sabka Biswas Sabka Prayas'.<br />
