<span style="color: #222222;">West Bengal has inoculated about 2 crore 20 lakh Covid vaccine doses so far. According to sources in the state health department, there is a net negative waste and about 5 lakh doses could be saved due to proper management and utilization. The state had been vaccinating around 3 lakh people daily but due to scarcity of vaccine doses, now priority is being given to administer the second dose only. After the fake vaccination camps became exposed, the state government now provides the list of Covid Vaccination Centre-CVCs on the health department's website, mentioning whether it is government or private CVC and which vaccine is available at the particular centre.</span><br />
