In West Bengal, the Enforcement Directorate ED is conducting raids in more than 10 places across the state regarding illegal trading and smuggling of coal. <br />'' <br />''The central forces are raiding the office and residences of businessman Ganesh Bagadia as well as at the residence of Singh brothers-Niraj and Amit at Konnagar Kanaipur of Hoogly districts.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Bagadia and Niraj Singh are believed to be linked with Anup Maji alias Lala, allegedly the mastermind of the case and his close associate Binay Mishra.  Earlier, CBI had conducted raids in 40 places in the state including Konnagar and Kolkata on 31st December in connection with the case. </span><br />
