<span style="color: #222222;">The Election Commission has taken a serious view of the remarks made by two BJP leaders over the violent incident at Cooch Behar in West Bengal.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In its orders, the Commission has imposed a ban on BJP leader Rahul Sinha from campaigning for 48 hours. Terming Rahul Sinha's statement serious, Election Commission has said, Mr. Sinha has made highly provocative statements mocking human lives inciting forces.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Commission gave this order without serving any notice to the BJP leader and warned him to restrain from using such statements during the enforcement of model code of conduct in the State. The Election Commission has given notice to State BJP president, Dilip Ghosh also.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Commission has asked Mr. Ghosh to explain his stand over his statement by 10 AM tomorrow.</span><br />'' &nbsp;<br />
