The West Bengal Cabinet has been expanded with the induction of two new Ministers.The Governor Mr. M.K. Narayanan administered the oath of office and secrecy to Mr. Arup Biswas and Ms Chandrima Bhattacharjee at a simple function in Raj Bhavan in Kolkata Monday afternoon.Both of them belong to Trinamul Congress and will work as Ministers of state.The Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and her Cabinet colleagues were present at the swearing-in ceremony.
