In West Bengal, the by-polls were held in Uluberia Lok Sabha Constituency in Howrah district and Noapara Assembly seat today. <br/><br/>Quoting official sources AIR correspondent reports that Uluberia Lok Sabha Constituency registered 78 per cent voting while, the Noapara Assembly Constituency saw approximately 77 per cent of polling.<br/><br/>
