The Budget session of the West Bengal legislative assembly begins tomorrow. It will run for almost a month. The session begins with the Governor’s address to the house tomorrow. As special resolution of condolence on the demise of the former chief minister of the state Mr. Jyoti Basu will be adopted on Wednesday and obituary references will follow the next day. From 15th of this month, the house will continue its normal business, while the state Budget would be presented by the state finance minister Dr. Asim Dasgupta on the 22nd of this month.<br/><br/>
