<span style="color: #222222;">West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar has said that ensuing by-elections in three Assembly seats in the state should be held in a peaceful manner so that the history of last Lok Sabha Election which was marred by violence may be termed a matter of past. Speaking to newsmen in Kolkata today, he said, every voter has the right to exercise his/her franchise fearlessly. The by-elections in Kaliagunj, Kharagpur and Karimpur will take place on the 25th of next month.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' Meanwhile, ruling Trinamool Congress today announced candidates for 3 seats. On the other hand, opposition Congress and Left Front have made seat adjustments for the elections. The Congress will field candidates in Kharagpur and Kaliagunj Constituencies while CPI(M) will put up a candidate for Karimpur seat. The BJP is yet to finalize the candidates. The counting of votes for the by-elections will be taken up on 28th of November. </span><br />
