The State Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar will take part in the event by lighting candles and diyas. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Several programmes have been chalked out through out the State to mark the day where celebrities of different fields and common men will take part maintaining the norms of social distancing. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, 12 persons who were tested positive of Coronavirus have been discharged from hospitals in the state after recovery so far. According to the State Health Department sources these numbers are increasing day by day which are the only ray of hope at present .</span><br />
