In West Bengal, all arrangements have been completed for bye-elections in three Assembly seats tomorrow. Voting will take place in Karimpur in Nadia, Kaliagunj in North Dinajpur and Kharagpur in East Midnapur districts. Kaliagunj seat has fallen vacant due to death of Congress MLA Pramathanath Roy while Karimpur and Kharagpurpur seats were vacated following Mahua Moitra of Trinamool Congress and Dilip Ghosh of BJP got elected to Lok Sabha. Over 7 lakh 34 thousand electorates will decide the political fate of 18 candidates in three constituencies. <br />'' <br />'' AIR correspondent reports that besides State Police, 20 Companies of Central forces have been deployed to ensure free and fair polling. <br />
