<span style="color: #000000;">In West Bengal, the second phase of 'Duare Sarkar', the mega outreach project of the state government has started today. On the first day, 857 camps are organized across districts. Duare Sarkar, which means government at the doorstep, is an initiative of the state government for delivery of crucial beneficial schemes through outreach camps organized at the level of gram panchayat and municipal ward level. Government officials in the camps are also helping the beneficiaries to fill up forms.</span><br />
