Three West African leaders say, they will return to Ivory Coast next week to press President Laurent Gbagbo to hand over power to Allassane Quattara, the internationally recognised leader after last month's presidential election. The Presidents of Benin, Cape Verde and Siera Leon met with Mr. Gbagbo on Wednesday to demand that he accept the results of the election, but they left the country without reaching an agreement. The power struggle has left more than 170 dead. The UN also says that 15000 Ivorians, mostly children, have fled to neighbouring Liberia.
